If I see a bike I like but would like customisations, are you able to accommodate that?

Yes, absolutely. Here at ACS Prestwick, we pride ourselves on offering a completely unique service to every customer. With this in mind, we will build any bike to the specifications you would like. Simply get in touch and let us know your preferences.


Do you accept Cycle to Work schemes?

Yes, we accept most Cycle to Work schemes including Cyclescheme, Green Commute Initiative, Cycle Solutions, VivUp, Bike2Work and The Energy Saving Trust.


How will my bike be supplied to me?

Every bike we ship is subject to a pre-delivery inspection and is tuned up so it's ready to ride when it arrives with you. Most bikes will be shipped with their front wheel and seatpost/saddle removed, the handlebars dropped to one side or dropped alongside the fork. All you will need to do is reassemble the seatpost, handlebars and pedals with a couple of standard allen keys. We will provide instructions in the box on how to do this. Some bikes, such as those with integrated handlebars/stems, will likely require a higher level of disassembly prior to shipping as some integrated handlebars can't be turned to one side or dropped alongside the fork to make them narrow enough to ship. If this is the case, we will provide more detailed instructions on how to reassemble your bike. Mudguards, dropper posts, bottle cages, pedals and racks will be shipped in the same box as your bike but packaged separately to ensure adequate protection while in transit.


Which courier service do you use?

All accessories and components are shipped using Royal Mail First Class Signed For, or ParcelForce Express 24 for larger items. All bikes, e-bikes and framesets are shipped using APC who specialise in delivering fragile items.


How much do you charge for shipping?

Orders under £50 will incur a £4.95 shipping charge. Accessory orders over £50 and bike orders over £1000 qualify for free shipping (excludes e-bikes and sale bikes). Bike orders under £1000 will incur a £34.49 shipping charge. E-bike orders will incur a £48.50 shipping charge. Framesets will incur a £19.49 shipping charge. Wheels will incur a £14.49 shipping charge. Rims will incur a £9.99 shipping charge.


Can I return my item if there is a problem?

Here at ACS Prestwick, we strive to inspect every item before packaging up your order to ensure it is to the highest standard it can be. However, if you are unhappy with your item, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery to advise us of the issue. We will send you a postage label for you to return the item to us using the same courier that delivered it to you. Upon receiving your return, we will issue a full refund minus the cost of the return shipping label.



Do you deliver internationally?

Unfortunately, this is something we do not currently offer.
