Born in the ‘50s and looking back at more than sixty years of experience in the bicycle industry, Vittoria shares the same passion with amateur and professional cyclists. The brand has an annual production of 7 million tyres, including tubular tyres and 900,000 cotton tyres, that are all developed in their own factory.

Since 1953 Vittoria Industries Ltd. has built highly reputable partnerships within in the cycling industry and created a unique brand image. Today’s Vittoria Industries Ltd. is the world’s leading manufacturer of bicycle tires, with an annual production of more than 7 million tires and 900.000 famous tubulars and cotton tires. Its research & development center develops the best racing tires for all levels, especially the unique Corsa Series cotton tires. Running its own production facilities in Thailand, and providing global sales and marketing network from North America (Salem) to Asia Pacific (Bangkok and Taiwan), and in Europe (Italy, Netherlands and Germany).
The group owns the Vittoria brand and trades several third party brands in some countries (3T, Fox in Italy; 3T and Selle Italia in the US).

Located in Bangkok, Thailand, Lion Tyres is the production facility where the Vittoria Group concentrates its production of quality bicycle tires, tubulars and inner tubes.Founded in 1988 during the reorganization and globalization of the Vittoria Group, Lion Tyres and was created to handle production, as well as research and development.
They are the largest company in the Group, employing over 1300 employees spread across five buildings, totaling more than 100,000 square feet under 100% Thai management.

Lion Tyres operates 24 a day, 6 days a week with R&D, compound laboratories, and shipping and packaging to satisfy the always increasing demand.

In January 2013, Vittoria opened a new 11 million dollar compound factory, which will host one of the most innovative R&D centers ever dedicated to the cycling industry.

Through a new Joint Venture Vittoria will be the first to produce on an industrial scale and use Graphene for both all bicycle tires and tubes.
